CodeSonar Extension for Visual Studio Code

Overview

This extension provides access to static code analysis results, from a CodeSonar hub, while inside Visual Studio Code.

Setup

Please see the information provided in the Visual Studio Marketplace, see link.

Or search for the extension from within VSCode by clicking "View" in the top navigation menu and then select "Extensions".

Updating to Version 1.3

If you are updating the CodeSonar extension from an older version, please note that the extension has moved to CodeSecure. As a result, it will not automatically offer an update.

In Visual Studio Code, simply enter ‘CodeSonar’ in the Extensions Marketplace search bar and install the latest version. Manually remove any older versions of the extension, then restart VSCode. Your settings will stay the same after this update, and you will receive automatic updates in the future.
