CodeSecure Single Sign-On (SSO)

Overview

There are three customer facing portals that allow customers to access via Single Sign-On. These include:

Access

If you have a support and maintenance contract with CodeSecure then you automatically have access to SSO. An email invite is only sent during the evaulation or post-sale and for existing customers you may use the forgotten password link. Once passed the login screen you will need to configure one time password (OTP) using a software authenticator app (like Google Authenticator) which will provide you with a 6 digit code for authentication. If you experience any issues then send an email to support@codesecure.com.

Logging Screen

Welcome login page when you click on an URL configured to utilize SSO.

OTP configuration Screen

Once setup you will be prompted for a code using your authentication app after entering your password. This is a one time configuration using your mobile device but if you change the device the configuration will need to be repeated. In those instances please send an email to support@codesecure.com so we can remove your existing OTP configuration.
